More high-end condos will have pool access, saunas, and other features that would be difficult to put into your own home.


Many homeowners love the added security that comes with living in a condo. At a bare minimum, a condo building should have a main entry door that is locked, which only allows residents of the building in and out. You also live in close proximity to your neighbors, so many people are more aware of what is happening in the building.
